If an item is lost or left behind while using our service, we recommend calling the service provider identified on your confirmation page. You can also call the driver direct should you have their number. In the case you cannot get in contact with the provider, you should submit a claim calling 800-699-7684. Be prepared to include as much information as possible including your confirmation number and city to have your concern resolved quickly.
