Private Shuttle Cancellation Policy:
(b) Private Shuttle Cancellation Policy Cancellations of Private Shuttles are non-refundable. A credit will be issued which could be used up to a year after cancellation of services for same route originally booked. In order to be eligible for a credit, the cancellation must be done at least with 7 days in advance or sooner prior to travel date. Cancellation must be in the form of writing in an email to [email protected] IMPORTANT NOTE: If cancellation is done less than 7 days in advance, your reservation will not be eligible for a credit for a future travel date.  Please NOTE: It is considered a last minute reservation if you book your private shuttle service within a time frame of 0-7 days of travel date. Therefore not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

Customers who have a confirmed reservation made through our web site or by telephone is entitled to make changes to their travel plans plus any additional fare changes. Customer Responsibility:
It is the customers responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions BEFORE placing a reservation. All information entered into the reservation form is the customer’s responsibility to be accurate. Refunds will not be issued for unused travel under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for duplicate reservations or customer entry errors. Once the Submit Button is clicked, all sales are final. NOTE: There is a 30 day time frame after travel date in order to request or dispute a refund. After said 30 days have past there will be no eligibility for refunds under any circumstances

NOTE: It will be considered a no show “none refundable” if customers: delayed because held back in customs. Changes that are made within a 24 hour period of travel date and time are not guaranteed and subject to availability; in case change cannot be made, refund will not be issued. Our itineraries are set according to the advanced reservations that are made, therefore Myrtle Beach Airport Shuttle is not liable for delays from the customers side. No refund will be provided in any of these cases! We give you a credit to use on your next trip.

Departures & Arrivals: If you have scheduled a trip and do not show or call to cancel you do owe the amount in full even if you made it on the honor system.
We make every effort to pick up customers within the time requested, however, due to traffic, weather conditions and other circumstances that are beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for late departures and/or arrivals.

Schedule Changes:
Occasionally, it may become necessary to change departure times in anticipation of travel conditions, road closures or weather conditions. Schedule changes occur to prevent lengthy delays. A schedule change is not a trip cancellation or delay, however, the schedule change can be up to 4 hours prior or 4 hours later than originally published. Full or Partial refunds are not available for schedule changes and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause.

Trip Cancellations:
In the event that Myrtle Beach Airport Shuttle or one of it’s operators cancel a trip, we will make all efforts to re-accommodate passengers to the next available departure or provide for a 100% refund of the service not provided which would be total of reservation paid for. Myrtle Beach Airport Shuttle is not liable for extra expenses incurred or done by customer with other parties not Myrtle Beach Airport Shuttle. If by any reason, refund was not processed and its been more than 30 days past the incident, customer is not entitled to refund any longer. Time frame of up to 30 days will be provided for refund requests if for any reason the refund wasn’t processed immediately after incident.

Right To Refuse Transportation:
We reserve the right to refuse transportation to anyone deemed unsafe or unsuitable for travel. Passengers whom are denied boarding will not receive any type of refund or compensation. Passengers who intimidate, threaten or interfere with any employee or fellow passenger will be denied boarding. Raised vocal tones are deemed intolerant and will be dealt with accordingly. Please be considerate of fellow passengers. Customers whom are denied boarding will no longer be able to travel with us for future trips. If any customer is said to be a danger to drive for any reason including insulting the driver they will not be picked up. The driver can deny boarding for rude and threatening behavior toward him or her. Passengers can be dropped off at a lighted secure open place if the driver thinks they cant drive safely due to your actions.

Driver Gratuity:
Each group or fair WILL be charged 20% at the time of the trip before the driver leaves . 20% Gratuity is Added on to each fair as the drivers work on tips for most of the salary.
Equipment:
We reserve the right to substitute equipment based on operational need. We never guarantee a certain equipment type (i.e. Motor coach, Mini-bus, or a Van)
Damages to Equipment: Customers will be responsible for any damage caused by their negligence. We may use third party transportation. 
Limitation of Liability:
Neither the company, nor the service provider, shall be liable in any event or for any reason, including breach of this agreement, either directly or indirectly, to the other party or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or loss of profits arising out of this agreement, even if such damages. It is expressly agreed that neither the company nor the service provider shall under any circumstances be liable to any party for an amount greater than the single bus charter fee for the day in question.————————————
Release of Liability:
The Company, its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns do not own or operate any equipment or Service Provider which provides, or is to provide, goods services for your trip, including, transportation companies. The Chartering Party (for itself and on behalf of the Passengers) hereby expressly agrees that The Company shall not be responsible in any manner for the acts or failures to act, negligently, willfully or otherwise, of the Service Provider or its employees, agents or representatives. The Chartering Party (for itself and on behalf of the Passengers) also expressly agrees that The Company shall not be liable for any bodily injury or harm, accidents, property damage or personal loss as a result of the Transportation Services provided under the Service Contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Chartering Party and its passengers agree, in consideration for the services provided by The Company, to indemnify and hold The Company harmless from any and all damages, injuries, claims and causes of action, of any type or kind, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence of The Company, its employees, agents or representatives or the Service Provider or its employees, agents or representatives. The Chartering Party (for itself and on behalf of the Passengers) hereby expressly agrees that if any portion of the Service Contract, including the terms of the Limitation of Liability paragraph or this paragraph, is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Service Contract shall remain in full force and effect

Force Majeure:
The Company and the Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the Service Contract, and neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations there under, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of The Company or the Service Provider, respectively.
Prohibited Items:
The following items and activities are prohibited without the written consent of The Company: (i.) Decorations; (ii.) Alcoholic Beverages (iii.) Smoking ask driver; (iv.) Glass containers; (v.) Golf shoes or other shoes with spikes; (vi.) Generators or non medical oxygen containers. (vii)Tap beer is not allowed on any shuttle.

Private Rides Shared:

Sometimes we have to share a ride on a private shuttle. This is only done with a delay of less the 15 minutes drive time for any party and the shuttle pick up and drop off will be on time without delay.The drop off or pick up must be on the way. The only time this will occur is during peak times when all shuttles are full. We try everything so that a private shuttle remains private.

You can cancel a trip at any time with Myrtle Beach airport shuttle. We operate on the honor system. You do not need to pay in advance although if it’s easier for your clients or loved ones we certainly are equipped to take your payment in advance we square invoicing however we need 1 week advance notice for cancelation if paid by invoice.
